The Warrior's WayDreams. What does the word mean to you? Could we be talking about those brain induced images that happen after we fall
asleep? You know, the ones that are either good or bad depending on how well our dinner digested the night before. Or...are
we talking about the kind we chase, that house or car or Italian villa (hehe) we've worked and worked for until we can finally
see the light shining on our goal? The answer? There really isn't a cut and dry answer to this query. Dreams are what you
make them out to be. Even the ones the guys in the white jackets would have you believe we can't control. I'm talking about
alpha waves and really technical slash scientific stuff like that. I have many friends who have pursued all types of dreams
lately, and guess what? They have succeeded in accomplishing them. What it all boils down to is having the courage to
believe in what's impossible. Nope, that's not a typo. I did mean to say impossible. Well, why not believe in what we know
can be achieved? Aka, the possible. Because that's too easy. And we all know that anything too easy is something we generally
tend to take for granted. Which leads me into the point of my babble. In three months, my novel When Copper Suns Fall
will be published. Many years of hard work will finally be available for my fans. Loyal people who have stuck by my side since
my first tweet two years ago. People who believe in my writing even though the book has been a slow with the coming. Tonight's
post about dreams is for all of my beautiful supporters. I have to give shoutouts to Australia, Japan, Italy, the U.S., Canada,
South America, France, Egypt, Africa, the Untited Kingdom, and anyone else who has taken the time to write and offer support
or gave your precious time as my beta readers (there were so many of you) to breathe life into the Epiclesium Files trilogy.
I may not be taking the traditional path to bring this novel to you all, but just know that I am taking the right path for
the best group of people ever, my loyal readers. In a sense, it's like taking the warrior's way, and with the right support
group, the sky is the limit. Book launch date is November 10th, 2011, and I cannot put my excitement into words
(okay, yeah I know, I'm a writer. I should be able to do that, right?) I will keep you all updated on its progress through
this blog. Once again, thank you for the reads, support, encouragement, and never stop reaching for the impossible dream.
It is your faith that will ultimately make it possible. Yours in Prose, Kay Leigh
